To create value we work in four principle areas:

Strategy and transformation

We assist organisations develop and define their direction in response to the all situational environmental factors that face them.

We facilitate the identification of strategic imperatives and setting policy priorities.

We place particular emphasis on the internal organisation, structure, capabilities and capacity to change as we do on the direction to be taken.

We work with the staff teams to develop a cohesive team – structured and targeted – to deliver success

Governance and risk

We believe that effective Governance is a wide ranging requirement for all organisations and does not just include the structure of the board and the number of external directors.

We define Governance as the capability of an organisation to manage and deliver solutions to both internal and external shocks.  It is the effective and transparent management of the entity

Performance innovation

Performance innovation is the ability to move beyond marginal and incremental changes in performance to deliver significant changes often driven by the strategic imperatives.  It requires a deep understanding of the purpose of the organisation to develop new and innovative solutions.

Government modernisation

There are unique issues in Government around all the issues of strategy, governance transformation, transformation, risk and performance innovation.  These are reflected in the term ‘government modernisation’

Our role is to bring our wide experience of working throughout Government and apply our knowledge and expertise to assist Governments become effective and efficient in defining and delivering their policy goals.
