In today’s difficult economic environment

- Our ‘easy start’ package is fixed
price. It lasts 4 weeks and is the first part of a full engagement. So
time and money spent here is not wasted
- We have a ‘typical’ department
model and if you fit that model perfectly we can again offer you a fixed
price. But we know some departments are les complex and others more
complex. As part of our ‘easy start’ or initial planning we use our
‘complexity assessment’ tool to understand you better and allow you to also
understand the stress points in your department.
- Using this tool we can calibrate
the issues and again after four weeks we are able to offer you a fixed price
through to completion.
